Our founder and CEO, Jean Tomlin led the mobilisation of the UK’s largest peacetime workforce of over 250,000 Paid Staff, Volunteers and Contractors, that delivered an extraordinary summer during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Jean Tomlin
Jean is a global business leader with extensive experience of working alongside CEOs and across multiple stakeholders in the private and public sectors. Jean has delivered a series of landmark Start-up and Transformation Programmes.
Innovation is at the core of her work, breaking new ground and setting precedents.
Her stand-out strength is her ability to consider issues from every, and possibly all, angles and engage meaningfully with people at all levels as both an ally and critical friend.
Rob Clarke
Rob has extensive HR experience in FMCG, Retail and Major Events and is used to operating as a trusted C-suite advisor, working with the highest levels of organisations, government and stakeholders.
As an expert in organisational effectiveness, Rob’s talents are his ability to analyse complex people and organisational issues - creating simple, practical, impactful solutions for clients.
Rob is the Olympic Games HR Advisor to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and a Member of the World Athletics Executive Board Remuneration Committee and Secretariat to the Nomination Committee.
Nicola Sweeney
Nicola has significant HR experience in Retail and Major Sport Events, both nationally and internationally. Specialising in recruitment, search and selection for all levels and numbers of staff she has also delivered bespoke concierge on-boarding services for international projects around the world to a faultless standard.
Having been responsible for securing the 70,000 volunteer Games Makers for London 2012, she regularly provides insights and expertise to all types of Volunteer programmes, whether they be major international or Third sector programmes.
